1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gamebd ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at gamebd.org and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing the gamebd website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or using any service offered by gamebd, you agree unconditionally to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the complete agreement between you and gamebd.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or version issued in another language, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of conflict, ambiguity, or discrepancy.

gamebd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, and without prior individual notice to players. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with gamebd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are using the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or had an account closed by gamebd for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a gamebd employee, contractor, director, or officer.

gamebd conducts age verification checks as part of its standard Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures. Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) to confirm their age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested will result in the suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

If gamebd discovers at any point that a player is or was under the age of 18 at the time they registered or placed any bet, gamebd will:

• Immediately close the account;
• Void all bets and casino game results associated with that account;
• Retain all deposits and winnings and refuse to process any withdrawal requests; and
• Report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To use the betting and gaming services offered by gamebd, you are required to register a personal account. During registration you will be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and a chosen username and password. You warrant that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and entitles gamebd to close your account immediately.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the gamebd platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If gamebd detects that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses claimed via duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and the matter may be escalated for fraud review. Net winnings generated across duplicate accounts may also be voided at gamebd's discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. gamebd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

gamebd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any stage during your use of the platform, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal, after a period of elevated account activity, or following a significant change in account behaviour. Acceptable verification documents include:

• Identity: National ID card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence
• Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days
• Payment: Screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay account linked to your gamebd account

3.5 Account Closure

You may close your gamebd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification) will be returned to your nominated payment method within the standard processing window. gamebd may also close or suspend accounts at its sole discretion for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by applicable law, with or without prior notice.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

gamebd currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash (mobile financial service)
• Nagad (mobile financial service)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay (UCB mobile banking)
• Bank transfer (selected Bangladeshi banks)

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gamebd does not charge any transaction fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of gamebd.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although higher-value deposits may be subject to additional verification under our KYC programme. Deposits are credited to your gamebd account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the rare event of a deposit delay, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and are typically completed within 30 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. gamebd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large amounts.

4.4 Prohibited Funds

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. You must not deposit funds that are derived from any illegal activity. gamebd reserves the right to report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities. Any account found to be involved in money laundering or the deposit of funds from illegal sources will be closed immediately and all funds will be frozen pending investigation.

4.5 Currency

All balances, bets, bonuses, winnings, and limits on gamebd are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is required. There are no hidden exchange rate fees. What you see on screen is what you receive.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

gamebd offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, which are incorporated into and governed by these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before any bonus amount (or winnings derived from bonus funds) may be withdrawn, the player must complete the wagering requirement associated with that bonus. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the player must wager an amount equal to thirty (30) times the bonus value before withdrawal is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to one player per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player across all gamebd accounts.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or betting markets specified in the offer terms. Certain game types (e.g., live dealer games, specific high-RTP slots) may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution.
• gamebd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value independent of the associated wagering requirement.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting bonus stacking — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

5.4 Expiry

All bonuses and free spins have an expiry period from the date of issue, which will be stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of and comply with bonus expiry timelines.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

gamebd offers pre-match and in-play betting on a wide range of sports, with particular emphasis on cricket markets including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other major tournaments. By placing a bet, you accept the odds presented to you at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may fluctuate in the period between a bet being initiated and confirmed; the final confirmed odds are those that apply to your wager.

gamebd reserves the right to void any bet or settle any bet at revised odds in the following circumstances:

• A palpable error in the odds was published (e.g., due to a technical or human error);
• The event to which the bet relates is abandoned, postponed, or altered in a material way;
• There is verifiable evidence that the result of the event has been manipulated or fixed;
• The player had material inside knowledge not available to the general public at the time of betting.

6.2 Casino Games

Casino games on the gamebd platform, including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win games, are provided by third-party game suppliers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. All game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing under video supervision. gamebd does not manipulate any game outcome.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a bet or game session, gamebd will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the session based on the reconstructed data. Where reconstruction is not possible, the session may be voided and any net stake returned to the player's account balance. gamebd accepts no liability for losses attributable to player-side connection issues, device failures, or internet service disruptions.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface and may be varied by gamebd at any time. VIP players may be offered elevated limits subject to individual account review and approval.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the gamebd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification; impersonating another person; using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to generate winnings that would not be obtainable under normal conditions.
• Money Laundering: Using the gamebd platform to deposit, conceal, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, coordinating bonus claims across accounts, or employing wagering strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under the age of 18.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward gamebd staff or other players via any communication channel.

gamebd employs a dedicated risk and security team that monitors platform activity on a continuous basis. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with prohibited conduct will be flagged for review and may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. Players whose accounts are suspended for breach of these Terms will not be entitled to withdraw any balance held in the account until the investigation is resolved.

8. Responsible Gaming
